Jean-Charles Hourcade
HEC (71), PhD in Economic Science, is a lead researcher at CNRS, Director of Studiesat the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, and Professor at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He was "convening lead author" for the second and third IPCC reports, and "lead author" for the fourth.
Stéphane Hallegatte
X (97), Météo France Engineer, PhD in Economic Science, is the coordinator of the Sécante network which brings together laboratories working on assessments of interactions between climate and the economy (CIRED, Météo-France, LMD, LSCE, CERES).
He was a "contributing author" for the fourth IPCC report.
