The 10th International Conference of the Veolia Institute, in Partnership with the Oxford Martin School will take place on Nov 2-3 in Oxford.  
It will consider:  
**►**What the low carbon transition implies for materials demand;  
**►**What the main limits to primary resource extraction are;  
**►**And how circular economy principles, resource efficiency and recycling will play a key part in connecting supply and demand.
