Conference-debate: "The social and economic challenges of ecological transformation"

An event of the Veolia Institute - Wednesday 30 November 2022

On the occasion of the release of a new issue of its magazine, devoted to the social and economic challenges of ecological transformation, the Veolia Institute organised a conference-debate on 30 November 2022.

(IN FRENCH)

The diagnosis of the urgency to act in the face of climate change is becoming increasingly important on international agendas, while the debates on the vision and methods of implementation of the ecological transition are still far from over... In this context, how can the ecological transformation be made feasible and acceptable, from a social and economic point of view?

The speakers:

  • Anne Le Guennec (Managing Director - Waste Recycling and Recovery - Veolia France)
  • Valérie Quiniou-Ramus (Executive Director of Prospective and Research - ADEME)
  • Fabrice Bonnifet (Sustainable Development and Quality, Safety and Environment Director - Bouygues Group)
  • Laurence Lehmann-Ortega (Professor of strategy and corporate policy - HEC Paris)
